About this role

What you will be doing
- Act as the main point of contact for your clients
- Understand each client’s goals and plan how to grow the account
- Negotiate renewals and contract extensions
- Coordinate internal teams to deliver for clients

- Hit retention and growth targets
What you need
- Proven background as a account director, or strong transferable sales skills
- Senior account leadership, Commercial negotiation, Team leadership
- Comfortable making a high volume of calls
- Organised, with good IT skills
- Right to work in the UK
