What to put in it

A plain CV is enough. It helps us place you faster if it also states:

• The town or postcode you are working from, so we match you on travel rather than on a county line.
• How far you are genuinely willing to travel each morning.
• Your tickets, cards and qualifications, with expiry dates where they apply.
• Whether you are looking for permanent, temporary or contract work, or would consider more than one.
• The earliest date you could start.

What happens next

1. We read it and match it. Your CV goes to the consultant on the desk that recruits for your trade, matched against live vacancies on postcode and skills.
2. We call you. We ask about the work you want, the rate you are after and where you will travel, so we are not sending you to jobs that do not fit.
3. We handle compliance. References, right to work and any checks the client needs, before you are put forward.
4. We put you forward and stay with it. We prepare you for the interview, negotiate on your behalf and stay in touch through your first week.

Your CV, and what we do with it

We use your CV to find you work. We do not pass it to any employer without speaking to you first and agreeing where it goes. You can ask us to remove your details at any time by replying to any email from us or by asking on WhatsApp. Our privacy policy sets out how we hold your information and for how long.
