About this role
Focus Recruitment places Account Executives with employers throughout Poole and the wider Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole area. Our sales desk knows these teams well and can tell you honestly what the targets, leads and commission really look like.
What you will be doing
- Look after a book of key or national accounts
- Agree annual plans, pricing and promotions
- Lead commercial negotiations
- Track sales against budget and act on gaps
- Build relationships at several levels in each account
- Present performance reviews to clients
What you need
- Excellent communication skills on the phone and in writing
- Client relationship management, Upselling and renewals, CRM experience
- Able to build rapport quickly
- Self-motivated and well organised
- Right to work in the UK
