If you are a Asbestos Surveyor based in or near Cardiff, we would like to hear from you. Our Caerdydd – Cardiff clients have a steady flow of planning-led projects and need specialists who can deliver robust, defensible assessments to deadline.

What you will be doing

• Carry out asbestos management and refurbishment/demolition surveys
• Take samples safely and record findings accurately
• Produce clear survey reports and registers
• Carry out condition surveys, dilapidations and defect diagnosis
• Prepare specifications and schedules of work
• Build good working relationships with clients and site teams

What you need

• Relevant qualification and surveying experience
• BOHS P402 (P403/P404 desirable), Management and refurbishment/demolition surveys, Full UK driving licence
• Clear, accurate report writing
• Full UK driving licence
• Right to work in the UK
