About this role
We have ongoing requirements for Asbestos Surveyor covering Maidstone. Development pipelines in Kent need technical assessments at every stage, from pre-application through to discharge of conditions, and our clients hire asbestos surveyor on permanent, contract and freelance terms.
What you will be doing
- Carry out asbestos management and refurbishment/demolition surveys
- Take samples safely and record findings accurately
- Produce clear survey reports and registers
- Carry out condition surveys, dilapidations and defect diagnosis
- Prepare specifications and schedules of work
- Build good working relationships with clients and site teams
What you need
- Relevant qualification and surveying experience
- BOHS P402 (P403/P404 desirable), Management and refurbishment/demolition surveys, Full UK driving licence
- Clear, accurate report writing
- Full UK driving licence
- Right to work in the UK
