About this role
We have ongoing requirements for a B2C Sales Advisor in Bath. Our Bath and North East Somerset clients include B2B service companies, contact centres, estate agents, car dealerships and technology businesses, and several hire into sales roles all year round.
What you will be doing
- Respond to customer enquiries by phone, email and web chat
- Turn enquiries into sales with a consultative approach
- Arrange renewals and repeat orders with existing customers
- Record activity and pipeline on the CRM
- Achieve monthly revenue and conversion targets
- Take part in call coaching and product training
What you need
- Proven background as a b2c sales advisor, or strong transferable sales skills
- Confident on the phone, Target-driven, CRM experience
- Comfortable making a high volume of calls
- Organised, with good IT skills
- Right to work in the UK
