About this role
If you are a Landscape and Visual Impact Assessment Consultant based in or near Bromley, we would like to hear from you. Our Greater London clients have a steady flow of planning-led projects and need specialists who can deliver robust, defensible assessments to deadline.
What you will be doing
- Carry out Preliminary Ecological Appraisals and habitat surveys
- Write Ecological Impact Assessments and mitigation strategies
- Complete Biodiversity Net Gain metric calculations and BNG plans
- Undertake protected species surveys during the survey season
- Advise developers on ecological constraints at an early stage
- Liaise with local authority ecologists and Natural England
What you need
- Relevant degree in ecology, environmental science or similar
- LVIA to GLVIA3, Chartered or working towards CMLI, ZTV and visualisation production
- Fieldwork experience in all weathers
- Full UK driving licence
- Right to work in the UK
