About this role
Our Cambridgeshire clients have a standing need for a Logistics Administrator, and we are registering candidates available in and around Cambridge. Full-time, part-time and hybrid options are available.
What you will be doing
- Coordinate schedules, appointments and engineer diaries
- Handle inbound enquiries and allocate jobs
- Maintain accurate records of works and completions
- Produce reports against KPIs and SLAs
- Liaise with field staff and customers throughout the day
- Escalate issues promptly and appropriately
What you need
- Relevant experience in a comparable position
- Transport systems, Booking
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Positive, flexible attitude and a team player
- Right to work in the UK
