About this role
Focus Recruitment places Territory Sales Managers with employers throughout Cardiff and the wider Caerdydd – Cardiff area. Our sales desk knows these teams well and can tell you honestly what the targets, leads and commission really look like.
What you will be doing
- Grow sales with existing accounts in your area
- Win new business through prospecting and cold visits
- Run product demonstrations and promotions
- Negotiate pricing and volume agreements
- Report on competitor activity in the territory
- Achieve agreed revenue and margin targets
What you need
- Proven background as a territory sales manager, or strong transferable sales skills
- Full UK driving licence, Face-to-face sales, Territory planning
- Comfortable making a high volume of calls
- Organised, with good IT skills
- Right to work in the UK
