About this role
We are recruiting an experienced Care Proceedings Solicitor for clients in Swansea. Focus Recruitment has supplied legal staff across Abertawe – Swansea for years, and many of our placements come through firms returning to us.
What you will be doing
- Support fee earners across a busy family department
- Draft correspondence and court forms
- Prepare bundles and chronologies
- Communicate with clients with care and discretion
- Maintain case management records
- Assist with Legal Aid billing where applicable
What you need
- Proven experience as a care proceedings solicitor
- SRA admitted, Children Panel
- Confident managing your own caseload
- Client-focused and professional approach
- Right to work in the UK
