About this role
Focus Recruitment places Legal Assistants with law firms throughout Chester and the wider Cheshire West and Chester area. Our legal desk works directly with practice managers and partners, so we can tell you what a firm is genuinely like before you interview.
What you will be doing
- Take responsibility for a caseload with minimal supervision
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Contribute to departmental targets and business development
- Supervise or support junior colleagues
- Maintain technical knowledge and CPD
- Uphold the firm’s compliance and risk procedures
What you need
- Relevant experience in a similar role within a UK practice
- Legal admin experience
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Well organised with good file management discipline
- Right to work in the UK
