About this role

Focus Recruitment is recruiting Commercial Plumber for work across Wrexham and the surrounding Wrecsam – Wrexham area. We work with contractors, facilities providers and housing groups who hire continuously in this region, so we place commercial plumber year-round rather than on one-off adverts.

What you will be doing

• Maintain mechanical plant and building services systems
• Carry out planned preventative maintenance tasks
• Respond to reactive breakdowns within SLA
• Complete job sheets and asset records
• Support statutory inspection schedules
• Escalate significant defects appropriately

What you need

• Relevant plumbing or mechanical qualification
• NVQ Level 3, CSCS
• Ability to work to drawings and specifications
• Own hand tools and appropriate PPE
• Right to work in the UK
