Our Kent clients have a standing need for a Commercial Property Paralegal, and we are registering candidates who can work in or near Dartford. Hybrid arrangements are available with a number of firms.
What you will be doing
- Manage your own caseload of matters from instruction to conclusion
- Advise clients clearly on options, risk and costs
- Draft correspondence, documentation and applications
- Liaise with other side, counsel and third parties
- Maintain files to SRA and firm compliance standards
- Meet agreed billing and chargeable hours targets
What you need
- Background in a comparable legal role
- Law degree
- Comfortable using case management systems
- Discreet and professional with confidential matters
- Right to work in the UK
