Our West Midlands clients have a standing need for a Commercial Property Solicitor, and we are registering candidates who can work in or near Coventry. Hybrid arrangements are available with a number of firms.
What you will be doing
- Handle a varied caseload with appropriate supervision
- Take detailed client instructions and attendance notes
- Prepare documentation accurately and on time
- Keep the case management system fully up to date
- Communicate progress clearly to clients
- Support the wider department as required
What you need
- Proven experience as a commercial property solicitor
- SRA admitted, 2+ years PQE
- Confident managing your own caseload
- Client-focused and professional approach
- Right to work in the UK
