About this role
We are recruiting an experienced Licensed Conveyancer for clients in Crawley. Focus Recruitment has supplied legal staff across West Sussex for years, and many of our placements come through firms returning to us.
What you will be doing
- Handle a mixed caseload of residential property matters
- Progress files proactively to exchange and completion
- Advise clients on title, searches and lender requirements
- Work to the firm’s risk and compliance procedures
- Build relationships with local agents and introducers
- Support junior colleagues where appropriate
What you need
- Background in a comparable legal role
- CLC licensed
- Comfortable using case management systems
- Discreet and professional with confidential matters
- Right to work in the UK
