About this role
Focus Recruitment is recruiting a Customer Retention Advisor for employers in Londonderry and across Derry City and Strabane. If you are confident on the phone and like to hit a target, our sales desk has regular roles in this area on permanent and temporary terms.
What you will be doing
- Respond to customer enquiries by phone, email and chat
- Turn service calls into sales opportunities
- Resolve complaints first time where possible
- Book appointments and follow-up calls
- Work to clear service level agreements
- Share customer feedback with the team
What you need
- Excellent communication skills on the phone and in writing
- Excellent phone manner, Retention and save conversations, Customer service
- Able to build rapport quickly
- Self-motivated and well organised
- Right to work in the UK
