About this role
We are looking for a Customer Success Manager to join one of our clients in Southend-on-Sea. Focus Recruitment has supplied sales people across Southend-on-Sea for years, from first-time telesales staff to experienced managers.
What you will be doing
- Manage a portfolio of existing client accounts
- Build strong relationships with key contacts
- Run regular account reviews by phone and in person
- Identify upsell and renewal opportunities
- Resolve issues and protect revenue
- Report on account performance and growth
What you need
- Sales experience in a similar role
- Customer success, Renewals and expansion, CRM experience
- Motivated by targets and commission
- Positive attitude and team player
- Right to work in the UK
