About this role
We recruit Data Cabling Engineer for contractors and maintenance providers working throughout Aberystwyth and the wider Sir Ceredigion – Ceredigion region. This is a role we fill regularly, so registering with us puts you in front of several clients at once.
What you will be doing
- Second fix accessories, fittings and distribution boards
- Terminate and glanding of cables to specification
- Support testing, commissioning and snagging
- Work as part of a site team to agreed programme
- Complete relevant paperwork and test records
- Follow permit to work and isolation procedures
What you need
- Recent site or maintenance experience in a similar role
- ECS, Fibre splicing
- Good standard of workmanship and attention to detail
- Professional approach with clients and site teams
- Right to work in the UK
