About this role
We are looking for experienced Data Cabling Engineer to work with our clients in Newton Abbot. Focus Recruitment has supplied trades across Devon for years, and our clients come back to us repeatedly for the same roles.
What you will be doing
- Maintain electrical plant and building services systems
- Carry out planned preventative maintenance tasks
- Respond to reactive breakdowns within SLA
- Complete job sheets and asset records
- Support statutory inspection and testing schedules
- Escalate significant defects appropriately
What you need
- Proven experience working as a data cabling engineer
- ECS, Fibre splicing
- Good fault finding and diagnostic ability
- Reliable and able to work with minimal supervision
- Right to work in the UK
