About this role
Our Kent clients have a standing need for a Defendant Personal Injury Solicitor, and we are registering candidates who can work in or near Ashford. Hybrid arrangements are available with a number of firms.
What you will be doing
- Manage a caseload of personal injury claims
- Assess liability, quantum and prospects of success
- Obtain medical evidence and expert reports
- Negotiate settlements with insurers and other side
- Work within portal and fixed costs regimes where applicable
- Meet file management and billing targets
What you need
- Relevant experience in a similar role within a UK practice
- SRA admitted
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Well organised with good file management discipline
- Right to work in the UK
