About this role
If you are a Drainage Engineer based in or near Solihull, we would like to hear from you. Our West Midlands clients have a steady flow of planning-led projects and need specialists who can deliver robust, defensible assessments to deadline.
What you will be doing
- Produce drainage layouts, calculations and maintenance plans
- Deliver Section 104 and Section 106 sewer submissions
- Assess fluvial, pluvial and groundwater flood risk
- Coordinate with civil, highways and landscape colleagues
- Check work against national standards and local guidance
- Manage small projects and client communication
What you need
- Flood risk or drainage consultancy experience
- SuDS and surface water drainage strategies, MicroDrainage / InfoDrainage / Causeway Flow, Sewers for Adoption / Section 104
- Working knowledge of the NPPF and local SuDS guidance
- Organised and deadline-focused
- Right to work in the UK
