About this role
We are looking for Drainage Engineer to join our clients in Neath. From graduate and consultant level up to principal and associate, Focus Recruitment works with consultancies across Castell-nedd Port Talbot – Neath Port Talbot that are growing their assessment teams.
What you will be doing
- Produce drainage layouts, calculations and maintenance plans
- Deliver Section 104 and Section 106 sewer submissions
- Assess fluvial, pluvial and groundwater flood risk
- Coordinate with civil, highways and landscape colleagues
- Check work against national standards and local guidance
- Manage small projects and client communication
What you need
- Flood risk or drainage consultancy experience
- SuDS and surface water drainage strategies, MicroDrainage / InfoDrainage / Causeway Flow, Sewers for Adoption / Section 104
- Working knowledge of the NPPF and local SuDS guidance
- Organised and deadline-focused
- Right to work in the UK
