About this role
Focus Recruitment is recruiting Electrical Estimator for work across Colwyn Bay and the surrounding Conwy – Conwy area. We work with contractors, facilities providers and housing groups who hire continuously in this region, so we place electrical estimator year-round rather than on one-off adverts.
What you will be doing
- Maintain electrical plant and building services systems
- Carry out planned preventative maintenance tasks
- Respond to reactive breakdowns within SLA
- Complete job sheets and asset records
- Support statutory inspection and testing schedules
- Escalate significant defects appropriately
What you need
- Relevant electrical qualification and time served experience
- Amtech or Trimble, HNC
- Ability to work to drawings and specifications
- Own hand tools and appropriate PPE
- Right to work in the UK
