Our Moray clients have a standing need for a Immigration Solicitor, and we are registering candidates who can work in or near Elgin. Hybrid arrangements are available with a number of firms.
What you will be doing
- Support immigration fee earners with case preparation
- Gather and check supporting evidence
- Draft routine correspondence and forms
- Maintain the case management system
- Keep clients updated on application progress
- Assist with Home Office correspondence
What you need
- Proven experience as a immigration solicitor
- SRA admitted, IAAS accreditation
- Confident managing your own caseload
- Client-focused and professional approach
- Right to work in the UK
