About this role
If you are a Energy and Sustainability Consultant based in or near Stockport, we would like to hear from you. Our North West clients have a steady flow of planning-led projects and need specialists who can deliver robust, defensible assessments to deadline.
What you will be doing
- Carry out retrofit assessments to PAS 2035
- Complete RdSAP energy assessments and condition reports
- Survey occupied homes and record ventilation and moisture risks
- Upload data and photos accurately on the day
- Work with retrofit coordinators and installers
- Plan your own diary of home visits
What you need
- Relevant qualification in building services, energy or sustainability
- Energy Statements and Sustainability Statements, SAP / SBEM accreditation, Part L and Future Homes Standard knowledge
- Good knowledge of Building Regulations
- Full UK driving licence for site visits
- Right to work in the UK
