We have ongoing requirements for a Estate Agency Valuer in Harrow. Our Greater London clients include B2B service companies, contact centres, estate agents, car dealerships and technology businesses, and several hire into sales roles all year round.
What you will be doing
- Call new and existing clients to win business
- Advise customers with honest, practical recommendations
- Prepare quotes, proposals and paperwork
- Follow up every lead quickly
- Work closely with colleagues to deliver for customers
- Meet activity and revenue targets
What you need
- Excellent communication skills on the phone and in writing
- Property valuations, Full UK driving licence, Winning instructions
- Able to build rapport quickly
- Self-motivated and well organised
- Right to work in the UK
