About this role
Our North East clients have a standing need for EV Charging Point Installer, and we are actively registering candidates who can work in and around Newcastle upon Tyne. Good tradespeople in this area do not stay available long, so we keep a live list.
What you will be doing
- Carry out installation work to BS7671 on commercial and domestic sites
- Run containment, tray, basket and trunking as required
- Terminate SWA, LSF and standard wiring systems
- Complete first fix and second fix to programme
- Fill in test sheets and certification accurately
- Work to RAMS and site safety requirements
What you need
- Proven experience working as a ev charging point installer
- City and Guilds 2921, 18th Edition, OZEV
- Good fault finding and diagnostic ability
- Reliable and able to work with minimal supervision
- Right to work in the UK
