About this role
If you are a Facilities Plumber based in or near Lincoln, we would like to hear from you. We hold continuous requirements from Lincolnshire clients and can usually get the right candidate working quickly once compliance is in place.
What you will be doing
- Carry out bathroom and kitchen installations to a high finish
- Complete first fix and second fix pipework
- Install sanitaryware, showers and associated fittings
- Test, commission and make good
- Work cleanly and respectfully in occupied properties
- Report variations and defects promptly
What you need
- Time served or formally qualified in plumbing and heating
- NVQ Level 2, L8 awareness
- Comfortable completing certification and job records
- Full UK driving licence preferred for mobile roles
- Right to work in the UK
