About this role
We have ongoing requirements for a Family Law Solicitor in Dunfermline. Our Fife clients range from long-established high street practices to growing regional firms, and several recruit continuously into this role.
What you will be doing
- Manage a caseload of family matters including divorce and finance
- Advise clients sensitively and clearly on their options
- Prepare court documentation and attend hearings where required
- Draft applications, statements and correspondence
- Work within Legal Aid requirements where applicable
- Meet billing and file management standards
What you need
- Relevant experience in a similar role within a UK practice
- SRA admitted, 2+ years PQE
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Well organised with good file management discipline
- Right to work in the UK
