About this role
We recruit Fire Alarm Engineer for contractors and maintenance providers working throughout Stafford and the wider Staffordshire region. This is a role we fill regularly, so registering with us puts you in front of several clients at once.
What you will be doing
- Carry out rewires and upgrade works on occupied and void properties
- Install consumer units and distribution equipment
- Test, certify and complete all required documentation
- Make good and leave properties to a tidy standard
- Report defects and variations to the supervisor
- Work respectfully in occupied homes
What you need
- Relevant electrical qualification and time served experience
- FIA units, BS5839, ECS
- Ability to work to drawings and specifications
- Own hand tools and appropriate PPE
- Right to work in the UK
