About this role
Focus Recruitment is recruiting Fire Alarm Engineer for work across Woking and the surrounding Surrey area. We work with contractors, facilities providers and housing groups who hire continuously in this region, so we place fire alarm engineer year-round rather than on one-off adverts.
What you will be doing
- Carry out installation work to BS7671 on commercial and domestic sites
- Run containment, tray, basket and trunking as required
- Terminate SWA, LSF and standard wiring systems
- Complete first fix and second fix to programme
- Fill in test sheets and certification accurately
- Work to RAMS and site safety requirements
What you need
- Time served or formally qualified in electrical installation
- FIA units, BS5839, ECS
- Comfortable completing test and certification paperwork
- Full UK driving licence preferred for mobile roles
- Right to work in the UK
