Fire Risk Assessor Required in Hamilton | Indeed

About this role

We are looking for Fire Risk Assessor to join our clients in Hamilton. From graduate and consultant level up to principal and associate, Focus Recruitment works with consultancies across South Lanarkshire that are growing their assessment teams.

What you will be doing

• Carry out Fire Risk Assessments in residential and commercial buildings
• Write action plans with clear priorities
• Inspect fire doors, compartmentation and alarm systems
• Advise on the Fire Safety Order and Building Safety Act duties
• Liaise with property managers and responsible persons
• Manage your own regional workload

What you need

• Relevant qualification and surveying experience
• Fire Risk Assessments to PAS 79, IFE or IFSM registration, Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order and Building Safety Act knowledge
• Clear, accurate report writing
• Full UK driving licence
• Right to work in the UK
