About this role
We are looking for Geo-environmental Consultant to join our clients in Craigavon. From graduate and consultant level up to principal and associate, Focus Recruitment works with consultancies across Armagh City, Banbridge and Craigavon that are growing their assessment teams.
What you will be doing
- Design foundations, retaining walls and slopes
- Interpret ground investigation data and write Ground Investigation Reports
- Specify and supervise site investigation contractors
- Carry out geotechnical analysis and design to Eurocode 7
- Advise design teams on ground risk
- Check and review junior engineers’ work
What you need
- Ground engineering consultancy experience
- Phase 1 Desk Studies and Phase 2 site investigations, Contaminated land risk assessment (CLR11 / LCRM), Degree in geology or environmental science
- Good technical writing
- Working towards chartership (CGeol, CEng or CEnv)
- Right to work in the UK
