About this role
We are looking for Geo-environmental Consultant to join our clients in Andover. From graduate and consultant level up to principal and associate, Focus Recruitment works with consultancies across Hampshire that are growing their assessment teams.
What you will be doing
- Design foundations, retaining walls and slopes
- Interpret ground investigation data and write Ground Investigation Reports
- Specify and supervise site investigation contractors
- Carry out geotechnical analysis and design to Eurocode 7
- Advise design teams on ground risk
- Check and review junior engineers’ work
What you need
- Relevant degree in geology, civil engineering or environmental science
- Phase 1 Desk Studies and Phase 2 site investigations, Contaminated land risk assessment (CLR11 / LCRM), Degree in geology or environmental science
- Site experience and a CSCS card
- Full UK driving licence
- Right to work in the UK
