About this role
We are looking for a Business Development Manager to join one of our clients in Grays. Focus Recruitment has supplied sales people across Thurrock for years, from first-time telesales staff to experienced managers.
What you will be doing
- Research target markets and identify new opportunities
- Make outbound calls to decision makers
- Understand client needs and position the right solution
- Follow up quotes and move opportunities to close

What you need
- Sales experience in a similar role
- New business sales, Pipeline management, CRM experience
- Motivated by targets and commission
