About this role
We are looking for a Accounts Receivable Clerk to join one of our clients in Gillingham. Focus Recruitment has supplied office and commercial staff across Medway for years.
What you will be doing
- Process purchase and sales invoices accurately
- Carry out supplier statement and bank reconciliations
- Manage the finance inbox and resolve queries
- Prepare and process payment runs
- Maintain accurate ledgers on the accounting system
- Support month-end close
What you need
- Relevant experience in a comparable position
- Sales ledger, Sage
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Positive, flexible attitude and a team player
- Right to work in the UK
