About this role
We are looking for a Business Development Executive to join one of our clients in Doncaster. Focus Recruitment has supplied sales people across Yorkshire and the Humber for years, from first-time telesales staff to experienced managers.
What you will be doing
- Find and win new business through calls, email and networking
- Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline
- Run sales meetings, demos and presentations
- Prepare proposals and negotiate terms
- Close deals and hand over to account management
- Report on activity, pipeline and revenue against target
What you need
- Excellent communication skills on the phone and in writing
- New business sales, Pipeline management, CRM experience
- Able to build rapport quickly
- Self-motivated and well organised
- Right to work in the UK
