What you will be doing
- Attend planned and reactive call-outs across the patch
- Diagnose and repair electrical faults on site
- Carry out periodic inspection and testing where certified
- Keep accurate job records and van stock
- Communicate clearly with clients and tenants
- Work to appointment times and response targets
What you need
- Recent site or maintenance experience in a similar role
- ECS, IPAF
- Good standard of workmanship and attention to detail
- Professional approach with clients and site teams
- Right to work in the UK
