We are recruiting an experienced Chartered Legal Executive for clients in Bristol. Focus Recruitment has supplied legal staff across City of Bristol for years, and many of our placements come through firms returning to us.
What you will be doing
- Support fee earners across the department
- Draft routine correspondence and documents
- Manage file opening, closing and compliance checks
- Track deadlines and key dates
- Deal with client and third party enquiries
- Maintain accurate records throughout
What you need
- Relevant experience in a similar role within a UK practice
- CILEX Fellow
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Well organised with good file management discipline
- Right to work in the UK
