About this role
Our Glasgow City clients have a standing need for a Clinical Negligence Paralegal, and we are registering candidates who can work in or near Glasgow. Hybrid arrangements are available with a number of firms.
What you will be doing
- Manage clinical negligence or serious injury matters
- Investigate liability including expert evidence
- Prepare detailed schedules of loss
- Work closely with clients over the life of a claim
- Instruct and liaise with counsel
- Maintain strict limitation and file discipline
What you need
- Background in a comparable legal role
- Law degree
- Comfortable using case management systems
- Discreet and professional with confidential matters
- Right to work in the UK
