About this role

Focus Recruitment is recruiting Electrical Estimator for work across Coleraine and the surrounding Causeway Coast and Glens area. We work with contractors, facilities providers and housing groups who hire continuously in this region, so we place electrical estimator year-round rather than on one-off adverts.

What you will be doing

• Maintain electrical plant and building services systems
• Carry out planned preventative maintenance tasks
• Respond to reactive breakdowns within SLA
• Complete job sheets and asset records
• Support statutory inspection and testing schedules
• Escalate significant defects appropriately

What you need

• Recent site or maintenance experience in a similar role
• Amtech or Trimble, HNC
• Good standard of workmanship and attention to detail
• Professional approach with clients and site teams
• Right to work in the UK
