About this role
We are looking for Flood Risk Assessment Consultant to join our clients in Dunfermline. From graduate and consultant level up to principal and associate, Focus Recruitment works with consultancies across Fife that are growing their assessment teams.
What you will be doing
- Produce drainage layouts, calculations and maintenance plans
- Deliver Section 104 and Section 106 sewer submissions
- Assess fluvial, pluvial and groundwater flood risk
- Coordinate with civil, highways and landscape colleagues
- Check work against national standards and local guidance
- Manage small projects and client communication
What you need
- Relevant degree in civil engineering, hydrology or geography
- Flood Risk Assessments to the NPPF, Hydraulic modelling (Flood Modeller, TUFLOW or HEC-RAS), Environment Agency and LLFA consultation
- Clear technical writing
- Full UK driving licence preferred
- Right to work in the UK
