We have ongoing requirements for a Recruitment Resourcer in Coleraine. Our Causeway Coast and Glens clients include B2B service companies, contact centres, estate agents, car dealerships and technology businesses, and several hire into sales roles all year round.
What you will be doing
- Win new clients through phone business development
- Manage relationships with existing clients
- Source and speak to candidates or customers every day
- Negotiate fees, prices or terms
- Use the CRM to track activity and opportunities
- Build a pipeline that grows your monthly earnings
What you need
- Previous sales or customer-facing experience, or a confident phone manner
- Candidate sourcing on the phone, Job boards and LinkedIn, Organised
- Target-driven and resilient
- Clear, persuasive communicator
- Right to work in the UK
