We are looking for a Recruitment Resourcer to join one of our clients in Torquay. Focus Recruitment has supplied sales people across Torbay for years, from first-time telesales staff to experienced managers.
What you will be doing
- Win new clients through phone business development
- Manage relationships with existing clients
- Source and speak to candidates or customers every day
- Negotiate fees, prices or terms
- Use the CRM to track activity and opportunities
- Build a pipeline that grows your monthly earnings

- Excellent communication skills on the phone and in writing
- Candidate sourcing on the phone, Job boards and LinkedIn, Organised
- Able to build rapport quickly
- Self-motivated and well organised
- Right to work in the UK
