Focus Recruitment is recruiting a Telesales Agent for employers in Cambridge and across Cambridgeshire. If you are confident on the phone and like to hit a target, our sales desk has regular roles in this area on permanent and temporary terms.
What you will be doing
- Call warm leads and follow up quotes promptly
- Understand customer needs and recommend the right product
- Process orders and take payments over the phone
- Upsell and cross-sell where it suits the customer
- Keep customer records up to date
- Work as part of a supportive, target-driven sales team
What you need
- Previous sales or customer-facing experience, or a confident phone manner
- Confident on the phone, Target-driven, CRM experience
- Target-driven and resilient
- Clear, persuasive communicator
- Right to work in the UK
