About this role
We are looking for a Hotel Receptionist to join one of our clients in Harrogate. Focus Recruitment has supplied office and commercial staff across North Yorkshire for years.
What you will be doing
- Meet and greet visitors and manage the reception area
- Operate the switchboard and direct calls appropriately
- Book meeting rooms and manage room set-up
- Handle incoming and outgoing post and deliveries
- Maintain visitor records and security procedures
- Provide general administrative support to the team
What you need
- Previous experience in a similar role
- PMS systems, Shift work
- Confident communicator, written and verbal
- Well organised with strong attention to detail
- Right to work in the UK
