About this role
We have ongoing requirements for a Inside Sales Manager in Dunfermline. Our Fife clients include B2B service companies, contact centres, estate agents, car dealerships and technology businesses, and several hire into sales roles all year round.
What you will be doing
- Lead, coach and motivate a team of sales people
- Set daily, weekly and monthly targets
- Monitor calls, pipeline and performance against KPIs
- Run team meetings, training and one-to-ones
- Recruit and onboard new sales staff
- Report results and forecasts to senior management
What you need
- Previous sales or customer-facing experience, or a confident phone manner
- Team leadership, Sales targets and KPIs, Coaching and performance management
- Target-driven and resilient
- Clear, persuasive communicator
- Right to work in the UK
