We have ongoing requirements for a Call Centre Sales Agent in Dorchester. Our Dorset clients include B2B service companies, contact centres, estate agents, car dealerships and technology businesses, and several hire into sales roles all year round.
What you will be doing
- Call warm leads and follow up quotes promptly
- Understand customer needs and recommend the right product
- Process orders and take payments over the phone
- Upsell and cross-sell where it suits the customer
- Keep customer records up to date
- Work as part of a supportive, target-driven sales team
What you need
- Previous sales or customer-facing experience, or a confident phone manner
- Confident on the phone, Target-driven, CRM experience
- Target-driven and resilient
- Clear, persuasive communicator
- Right to work in the UK
