About this role
We are recruiting an experienced Clinical Negligence Solicitor for clients in Chippenham. Focus Recruitment has supplied legal staff across Wiltshire for years, and many of our placements come through firms returning to us.
What you will be doing
- Handle RTA, EL and PL claims from instruction to conclusion
- Draft letters of claim, schedules and witness statements
- Instruct experts and counsel as required
- Advise clients clearly on progress and prospects
- Maintain accurate case management records
- Achieve agreed settlement and billing targets
What you need
- Recent experience in a UK law firm
- SRA admitted, AvMA desirable
- Good attention to detail and accuracy
- Able to work to deadlines and billing targets
- Right to work in the UK
