About this role
We are looking for a Conference and Events Sales Coordinator to join one of our clients in Weston-super-Mare. Focus Recruitment has supplied sales people across North Somerset for years, from first-time telesales staff to experienced managers.
What you will be doing
- Handle enquiries and build relationships with customers
- Understand needs and match them to the right product or property
- Arrange viewings, test drives, demos or appointments
- Negotiate and close sales
- Keep records and the pipeline up to date
- Hit monthly sales and commission targets
What you need
- Excellent communication skills on the phone and in writing
- Conference and events sales, Organised, Customer focus
- Able to build rapport quickly
- Self-motivated and well organised
- Right to work in the UK
